Quiz about run on sentences

i took the Capital Community College Run On and Fragment Quiz  http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/cgi-shl/quiz.pl/fragments_quiz.htm

i got 4 correct and 6 wrong. i missed numbers 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10. I thought i did okay on this quiz, i felt kinda confident as to what i was doing. i know what run-on sentences and fragments are but sometimes it's hard to find them in a sentence, i was surprised that i even got 4 right! i think when people are writing sentences they need to remember to put commas, semi colons and any other punctuations in the right place in order for their sentence to make sense.  
run-ons and fragments don't really fit in my blogosphere because i'm trying to become a better writer.
Example of run on sentence: "Adam is a sweet boy he really loves animals."

Example of a fragment: "Why you eat pie?"
